LEADERSHIPCAPACITYEDUCATIONNATIONAL PARTNERS

A national collaborative

One network.
Many communities.

NLPC brings leaders, educators, researchers, and institutions together around three connected project areas.

Across the country, our partners create projects, manuscripts, events, and educational experiences that turn research into resources, relationships into opportunity, and promising ideas into models that can travel.

Three project areas

One mission.
Three pillars.

The national portfolio is organized around three areas that reinforce one another—developing leaders, strengthening communities, and creating educational pathways.

01

Leadership

Research, fellowships, mentoring, professional networks, and applied experiences that prepare leaders to move with clarity and confidence.

02

Community
capacity building

Collaborative projects, tools, and partnerships that help communities and organizations turn local knowledge into lasting capability.

03

Educational
programs

Healthcare Leadership Scholars & Experiential Pathways combine preparation, mentorship, applied placements, site visits, research, and graduate-school readiness.

Work with
national range.

NLPC turns place-based projects and relationships into a shared national social web. Cities connect through scholars, universities, community partners, and programs—and every connection creates a pathway to the next.

About us

A collaborative
built to grow.

The National Leadership Pipeline Collaborative grew from the Health Equity Leadership Pipeline Collaborative and carries forward its experience in research, education, capacity building, and leadership development. Today, that work is connected through a broader national community of scholars, practitioners, universities, organizations, and projects.
